Book Synopsis
The Pali word “ehipassiko” refers to the perspective encouraged by the Buddha when embarking on the spiritual journey. Discouraging blind faith, the Buddha invited those interested in his teachings to “come and see” for themselves, to witness the efficacy of his teachings through their own direct experience. That call is universal, although the particularities of how one chooses to explore the call may vary a great deal. This book seeks to explore the spiritual journey that results when one answers this call.
The insights in this book are based on the author's personal journey and grounded in a mixture of Christianity, Buddhism, and Yogic Philosophy. The book is meant to serve as a useful guide and an invitation for readers to “test” out what is written in these pages and see for themselves.
